Summary:

The ERP System Administrator is responsible for the application specific tasks pertaining to administration of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with ERP team members Sysadmins/DBAs, Developers/Analysts to provide full accountability for the system
  • Maintain and production support of the Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM
  • Provision ERP users, roles and management of ERP security and controls
  • Assist developers and analysts with activities involving enhancing application functionality
  • Monitor workflows, integrations, and application related data replication activities
  • Oracle ERP application SOD analysis for SOX and GxP compliance
  • Work with developers, analysts, and users to define and migrate nonfunctional configurations and setups as per change control process
  • Cloud environment management and quarterly patching support
  • Participate in testing and validation cycles as an ERP sysadmin
  • Troubleshoot and help resolve Oracle application issues
  • Identity and Access Management (SSO setup) tasks related to Fusion ERP system
  • Provides direction and coaching to other IT staff as needed
  • Position will involve supporting Project teams composed of multi-disciplinary teams including business analysts, systems analysts, developers, administrators, and users

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years related experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Cloud, EPM and EBS R12.2, as an ERP System administrator
  • Strong experience with ERP/EPM application Security, User Management
  • Experience supporting Oracle ERP Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules in biotech/pharma business is preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Information Systems, or relevant experience/certifications
  • Good understanding and experience of the ERP cloud application design Oracle certification in ERP cloud is preferred
  • Experience with related applications is preferred: Fusion cloud ERP/EPM, Oracle Integration Cloud, Rapid Response, Power BI, Saviynt, Config Snapshot, Toad, Oracle RDBMS, and related utilities
  • Knowledge of SQL including PL/SQL
  • Experience in configuration migration, functional changes, and data management through the various stages of the development life cycle

The hiring pay range for this position is $109,000 to $141,000 per year based on skills, education and experience relevant to the role. Other components of total compensation include a competitive equity grant at the time of hire (with additional annual grants, and grants upon promotion when applicable), and an annual bonus.
