Summary:
The Corporate/Canyon Park GMP archive located in Bothell, WA is preparing to move the paper-based archive to a new location in 2024. In preparation of this move, we will begin a project to off-site legacy paper records to an off-site storage facility. The internship project would be to index, catalog, pack up and coordinate shipment of identified GMP legacy records. The intern would learn the basic requirements for GxP records management, including data integrity regulations, GMP/GDP regulations for record retention and use of a GxP records management software and system.
Responsibilities:
- Catalog GMP Records in a regulated index using document metadata and record categories
- Prepare GMP Records for shipment, including boxing and labeling of records
- Coordinate records shipment with vendor
- Archive new records received from GMP customers
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented
- Basic understanding of MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. and use a 3-step ladder
Note: This is an onsite, paid internship. This position is open to all students legally authorized to work in the United States. We are not able to offer visa sponsorship for internships.
