Summary

The TIVDAK brand team is looking for an in-line marketing team member to drive strategic decisions and tactical execution of digital channels, which includes digital marketing, social media marketing, and all other multi-channel marketing initiatives. The Sr. Product Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for partnering with the brand and media teams to develop a recommended strategy, create digital programs, and create integrated digital experiences for patients and consumers to support the achievement of brand goals. Primary accountabilities include managing and evolving the digital ecosystem for TIVDAK, the definition of channel strategy and tactics, and effectively applying a current, in-depth understanding of how patients and consumers are engaging with digital and social media content. This position will report to the Associate Director of Promotion for TIVDAK and work closely with leadership in Sales, Global Market Insights, Customer Innovation, as well as well as Corporate Communications, Advocacy, and other relevant cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead development of the digital channel strategy for TIVDAK including the business plan, communication tactics, production, and implementation plans. Ensure key consumer insights, data, and understanding are represented and leveraged throughout the brand planning process.
  • Manage execution of marketing strategies for the digital channel including all related initiatives and tactics; ensure delivery of a positive, compliant patient and consumer experience, and meet annual business plan goals.
  • Effectively participate in PARC (Medical/Legal/Regulatory Review); accountable for ensuring all digital deliverables are reviewed and approved per established processes.
  • Build and maintain productive agency relationships and effectively manage integration among agency partners.
  • Own the media plan, inclusive of budget and performance. Drive awareness of media performance and key insights across the functional leadership team, adjusting investment as needed.
  • Proactively monitor emerging digital and social trends; anticipate and resolve challenges that will arise as technologies and platforms change.
  • Collaborate with the Global Market Insights team to identify key insights for the brand and channel, maintain a current understanding of patient and consumer data, and identify opportunities to improve relevant marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Innovation Group to refine use of digital platforms and resolve challenges that will arise as technologies and platforms change.
  • Effectively manage digital and social media marketing budgets; advocate as necessary with the brand team to secure funding for key initiatives, make sound recommendations to the team on budget trade-off decisions and risk management.
  • Develop and actively monitor measures to assess the performance of digital and social media marketing efforts; evolve or discontinue tactics as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of digital and social media marketing experience, including basic to moderate understanding of digital aid media
  • Commercial biotech or pharmaceutical experience required, including working knowledge of OPDP regulations, FDA promotional policies and Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) reviews
  • Oncology experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to translate consumer insights and brand strategies into effective audience segmentation, content and channel strategies, and tactics
  • Proven capabilities in content and creative development
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to influence without authority across a matrixed organization to set direction, align work efforts, and ensure execution
  • Ability to establish and foster productive, collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience effectively managing external marketing agencies, project plans, and budgets
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to independently resolve complex problems swiftly and effectively; ensure leadership and key stakeholders are informed as necessary and appropriate
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required; MBA, PharmD., Ph.D. or other related graduate-level degree strongly preferred

The hiring pay range for this position is $145,000 to $187,000 per year based on skills, education and experience relevant to the role. Other components of total compensation include a competitive equity grant at the time of hire (with additional annual grants, and grants upon promotion when applicable), and an annual bonus.
